SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Orders confirmed by 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.
All orders placed after 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) will be dispatched the following business day. This means that orders processed after 1:00 PM CET (12:00 PM GMT) on Fridays will be dispatched after the weekend (the following Monday, unless Monday is public holiday).

Due to the short time between order processing and dispatch, we may not modify your order details.

WHERE WE SHIP

We deliver to the following countries within Europe: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Sweden, Poland, Greece, Romania and Hungary. Exceptions within these territories may be check on the next paragraph.

WHERE WE DO NOT SHIP

We do not ship to the following locations: Channel Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, San Marino, Livigno, Vatican City. We do not ship to European overseas territories such as Réunion, Martinique, Guadaloupe, Anguilla, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, and more.
Please note we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We process and ship out orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of The Netherlands public holidays.

Please make sure you are in the correct country, otherwise use the country selector to select the correct shipping country. The delivery address of your order must match the country in which you place your order, otherwise the order will be canceled.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that your shopping experience at 7 For All Mankind has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return any of the products that you have purchased from our website. Products that have been wrongly dispatched, that are incomplete, damaged or defective, or about which you have simply changed your mind, may be returned to us using the procedure described below, according to the schedule indicated.
This Returns Policy applies exclusively to products purchased online and within 7 For All Mankind European website. This means that items cannot be returned to (or refunds obtained at) any of our official stores. Items purchased from our stores, large retailers or partnership stores must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to the returns policy applied by the retailer that sold them.

REASONS FOR RETURNING ARTICLES

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original conditions, unused, unwashed and with 7 For All Mankind original tags still attached. We will reimburse you for the amount paid for each product, however shipping costs will not be refunded by 7 For All Mankind.

HOW TO RETURN AN ARTICLE

You can return your order in a few simple steps:

1. Fill in the return form enclosed and make sure you place it within the original package to be returned.

2. The return is free of charge only if you use the return label enclosed inside the original packaging.

3. Place the prepaid return label to the shipping box. If you lose or damage the return label, please contact our Customer Care team to receive a new copy.

4. Take the package to a drop-off point of the service on your return label.

All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

FREE OF CHARGE RETURNS

Returns are completely free of charge if you use the specific prepaid label included in your package.

Please note that if you wish to use any other carrier to return your article(s), 7 For All Mankind will not be liable neither for the cost, nor for anything that might happen to the package (lost in transit, missing or damaged items).

OBTAINING A REFUND

Once your return is checked at our warehouse you will receive a credit note.
Please note 7 For All Mankind will refund you as quickly as possible but it might take up to 7 working days from the moment your parcel arrives to our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment methods.
The refund is always credited to the payment method used for the original purchase and to the original purchaser’s account. Please remember that if you have used our express shipping service, you will not be refunded the cost of the service.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot offer you replacement articles. If you wish to receive another product or a different size of the same product, please return the product. We will process the refund to allow you to place a new order for the product you wish.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received a product as a gift, you can return it by following the return procedure indicated above. Please also consider that all refunds will be credited to the same payment card or other method of payment used when placing the order.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON RETURNS

All products belonging to a single order must be returned in a single shipment. This method allows us to process your return as quickly as possible.
Moreover, products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit. Refunds will be processed only for items in their original conditions, unused, unwashed and with 7 For All Mankind original tags still attached.
