DELIVERY

WHERE AND WHEN WE SHIP

Products ordered through this website may only be delivered to the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Products ordered from the site http://www.7forallmankind.co.uk/en_en/ may only be delivered to the United Kingdom.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Any returns should be sent to Bleckmann 7575 AX, Oldenzaal, the Netherlands.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer subject to change.

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES:
  • Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is FREE OF CHARGE and takes up to three business days from when the goods leave our warehouse.
  • Express shipping is also available in the United Kingdom for £12 and takes 2 business day to arrive: please consider that shipments bound for the islands may be subject to delay.

-Orders confirmed by 10:00 AM will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. All orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the following day, meaning that an additional day will need to be added to the delivery times.
-Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday: please consider the shipping times indicated above.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that your shopping experience at 7 For All Mankind has been satisfactory. However, we understand that you may wish to return one or all of the products that you have purchased from us.
Products that have been dispatched in error, that are incomplete, damaged or defective, or about which you have simply changed your mind, may be returned to us using the procedure described below, according to the schedule indicated.
This Returns Policy applies to all products purchased through the English site of 7 For All Mankind and delivered to the United Kingdom.
We only accept returns of articles purchased from our European website, http://www.7forallmankind.co.uk/en_en/.
Items cannot be returned to, or refunds obtained at, any of our official stores. Items purchased from our stores, large retailers or partnership stores must be returned to their original place of purchase and are subject to the returns policy applied by the retailer that sold them.

REASONS FOR RETURNING ARTICLES

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your products, you have 30 days from when your products are delivered to return them to us. We will reimburse you for the cost of the products, but not any shipping fees incurred at the time of the order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ARTICLE

You can return your order in a few simple steps.

  1. Fill in the return reform included with your order and ensure that you place it within the package to be returned.
  2. In order to make your return FREE OF CHARGE, you must use the return label that you will find in your package. When returning your order:
    • Affix the Prepaid return label to the shipping box.
    • Take the package to any Royal Mail office.
    • To locate your nearest drop off point please visit the following link http://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder and enter your Postcode or Town.
    • If a return label was not enclosed or lost, simply follow the below steps:
    • If you wish to use another courier to return your article, you will be responsible for the cost. Please note that if you use another carrier 7 For All Mankind will not be liable for lost articles. Please send your item(s) via traceable means to our Online Returns Department:

  3. It could take up to 10 business days from notice of return, i.e. when the goods reach our warehouse, to process your return: this is when we will be notified of your desire to return the goods.
  4. Please also consider that up to six business days could elapse between when you send us the parcel and when we receive it. Your refund will be provided via the same means of payment used to purchase the article and your credit will appear in your account according to the timing applied by your financial institution.
  5. Refunds will only be provided for products that have not been used or worn, sent undamaged and with their original labels.
OBTAINING A REFUND

You will receive your refund within ten business days of when your return package containing the defective product arrives at our warehouse, which is located in Oldenzaal, the Netherlands. Please also keep in mind that up to six business days could elapse between when your parcel is dispatched by Royal Mail and when it reaches our warehouses.
The amount of the returned articles will be automatically credited to the account linked to the card used during the order phase. Please remember that if you have used our express shipping service, you will not be refunded the cost of the service. The time needed to credit your account may vary according to the timeframe applied by your financial institution.

Returns are completely free of charge if you use the specific prepaid label included in your package.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we cannot offer you replacement articles at this time. If you wish to receive another product or a different size of the same product, please send us the product you have ordered to obtain a refund and then place a new order for the product you wish.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received a product as a gift, you can return it by following the return procedure indicated above. Please also consider that all refunds will be credited to the same payment card or other method of payment used when placing the order.

IMPORTANT

Please send all of the products you wish to return belonging to the same order in a single shipment, so as to ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Products should be returned in their original packages, where available, to ensure that they are adequately protected while in transit. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit during shipment to us.
Refunds will only be provided for products that have not been used or worn, sent undamaged and with their original labels.
