  • What do I do if there is a problem with a product I purchased in-store?

    If you experience a problem with products purchased in our own or partner stores, please return the item back to the store that you purchased it from so that they can help with the issue. Unfortunately our online customer service department is only able to assist with products purchased from our European online website.

  • Can I return my online order to a 7 For All Mankind store?

    We are sorry but we cannot accept returns in any of our 7 For All Mankind stores or dealers for orders purchased online.

  • Can I get my order delivered anywhere in the world?

    Your delivery from is limited to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands however we will be expanding our delivery destinations in the near future.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    We are currently offering FREE Standard delivery on all orders. This offer is for a limited period only. Our UK Next day delivery service costs £7.00 and it's available to select postal codes, you can find a list of postcodes it's not available in here. We are offering FREE delivery to collection point as well.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes between 2-4 working days once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. If your order is placed by 11am it will be despatched from our warehouse on the same day. Our UK Next day delivery service is available to select postal codes, you can find a list of postcodes it's not available in here, orders placed within 11.00am will be processed the same day. Order placed after 11.00am will be processed the day after and orders placed after 11.00am on Friday will be shipped on Monday. If you decide to have your order delivered to a collection point, you will get it within 2-4 working days. Nearly all collection points are open early ‘til late, 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown as you choose your preferred collection point when placing your order

  • What if I need to get in contact with the carrier?

    If you are using our Standard home delivery service and you need to contact the carrier you can do it via chat or by calling the driver if your parcel is already out for delivery. Click here to start tracking your order and find carrier's details.

  • Where is my order shipped from?

    Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. For UK customers returns are made to our warehouse in Calverton.

  • Can I get my order delivered to a different delivery address?

    Yes, we understand that many customers are at work during the day and may like to receive delivery there or want to send their purchases as gifts. You can have items sent to an address which differs from your personal address, as long as it remains within the delivery zones as stated above. Nonetheless please note that once your order is confirmed, it is not possible to make any changes to the delivery address. If you decide to have your order delivered to a collection point you will be able to select the nearest to you during check out.

  • Can I still make changes or cancellations once my order is confirmed?

    You can make any changes or cancellations you wish within your shopping bag until you confirm your payment. Once your order has been placed and payment received it is not possible to make any changes or cancellations.

  • When is payment taken for my order?

    Payment for your order is taken at the point which you submit your order online.

  • How can I contact 7 For All Mankind’s online customer service?

    You can click the “Contact Us” link which can be found at the bottom of every page and fill in the form on the Contact Us page. We will do our very best to reply to you as soon as possible.

  • I cannot remember my password, what shall I do?

    In the 'My Account' page click on "I forgot my password" underneath the ‘Login’ button.  This will open a new window where you will be asked for the email address you used to register your account with.  Enter your email address and we will send you a new temporary password that you can change afterwards in your “My Account” section once logged in.

  • How can I track my shipment?

    Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation with a link to your order. Your order will be updated with your tracking number to enable you to track your shipment. Either click on the tracking number or enter them into the preferred carrier’s website We highly recommend keeping the email with the shipment and order details until you receive your goods. Please contact our Customer Service department if you lose or don’t receive the email and need to track your order.

  • How will I know that you have received my order?

    Your order will be confirmed immediately on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation email it could be that your email address was typed in incorrectly during the order process. Please contact our Customer Service department via our Contact Us page so that they can assist.

  • What if I change my mind or ordered the wrong product-size?

    We hope you are delighted with your purchase from 7 For All Mankind online however we understand if you wish to return any or all of the items. Goods which were supplied in error, were incomplete, damaged or faulty, or if you have just changed your mind, can be returned to us by following the process found in our Returns Policy. In accordance with our Returns Policy, we ask you to return the product in an unworn/unused and clean condition (unless faulty) together with the original packaging.

  • What should I do if the goods arrive damaged or faulty?

    If any part of your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. Please note that our products are fully warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. Please follow the procedure in our Returns Policy. Please note that this Returns Policy applies only to goods purchased on If you have purchased the item in a store, we advise you to return it to the shop where you bought it as we are unable to assist with store purchases.

  • The new product that I have purchased looks creased or worn

    Please note that many of our denims are distressed, worn in or feature holes, rips and creases to give them their unique appearance and products of the same style and code may vary slightly. If you are not sure if your purchase is damaged or faulty, we advise that you have a careful look at the pictures on the website. If you are in doubt, please contact our customer services department.

  • What should I do if the goods delivered do not correspond to my order?

    If there’s a clear visible difference (such as the colour of the product) between your order and the goods received, you have 30 days to send the return back to us. Please follow our Returns Policy.

  • Can I exchange my product?

    Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer an exchange for your order. If you wish to receive another product or size, please return your order to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you require.

  • How can I pay for my order in your UK online shop?

    We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and payments through PayPal.

  • Can you tell me more about PayPal payments?

    If you are paying by PayPal you will be asked to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with PayPal up to a maximum of 10 times and will be asked to enter your personal data and credit card details.

  • I bought your product on eBay, is it authentic?

    We have been getting complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other auction/websites) in regards to counterfeit products. To ensure that you're not buying a counterfeit product, we recommend that you shop on our website or from one of our authorised retailers.
